We are enjoying an epic time in Singapore now. Almost every day it rains here. (Sorry guys back home.I know it's unfair to mention rains when it's scorching hot in India) As being a total foodie, somehow my gastronomical brain dreams about recipes to cook for dinner. Spicy recipes, mostly non-veg (My hubby hates veg.)
I often get tired of cooking the same things and to be honest I really don't see the point of making one thing the same way time immemorial. It's food and it's not supposed to be boring. So I keep on making variations so that I can enjoy a variety in the palate.
Now Keema Mattar or stir-fried minced chicken with green peas, tomatoes and bell peppers is a very easy dish. It hardly takes time to prepare and goes down well with anyone who loves non-veg or chicken.
But other than sharing the recipe I will also write down a couple of variations to the the dish which you guys can go ahead with if you want.
So here it is " Keema Mattar"
Ingredients Cooking Time : 45 mins (including prep) Serves : 4
